We thank you for choosing Saudi Vibe to purchase your favorite products and we are pleased to serve you. We in Saudi Vibe will do our best to make the return or replacement process as simple and smooth as possible.

Policy for the period of time to return or exchange purchases

Return within 3 working days from the date of purchase

Exchange within 5 working days from the date of purchase

Purchase return or exchange policy

• This policy applies to the product being in its closed packaging and in the same condition as when purchased

• All accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase must be returned in their original packaging.
• Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same type, provided that the customer delivers them to one of the store representatives.

• In case of return or replacement, the customer must hand over the device to any one of them

• The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for replacing or returning the products.

Exceptions not covered by the return and exchange policy:

• Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
• Flavors, coils and pods are products that are excluded for return or exchange
• Period of discounts and offers

Q: Is there a fee for returns?

When returning a healthy, undamaged product, i.e. in its original condition, the customer will bear the fee of 25 riyals, and it will be deducted from the value of the returned product.

However, when returning the damaged product, VIP Saudi Arabia bears the full fees.
